Refund policy

If a book isn’t useful to you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and you’ll get your money back. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to ask

To request a refund, contact Dodo Payments, which processed your order, at dodopayments.com/contact, with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments, which processed your payment, to your original payment method. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank or card provider.

Problems with your download

If your download link doesn’t arrive or doesn’t work, contact Dodo Payments, which processed your order, at dodopayments.com/contact. Fixing that doesn’t need a refund.
